The industry’s biggest survey into bank performance in the third-party channel is currently open, but not for long. Brokers interested in participating in the 17th annual Brokers on Banks survey must complete the form before the deadline next Friday.

Each year the survey provides brokers the opportunity to share their feedback on the lenders they’ve dealt with over the past 12 months across nine key areas of consideration – BDM support, commission structure, communications, training & development, credit policy, interest rates, online platform & services, product diversification opportunities, product range and turnaround times.

Results of the survey will then be used to form the basis of the country’s biggest and most comprehensive report into the relationship between the brokers and banks. All respondents will also have the chance to win a pair of Bose Quiet Comfort35 noise-cancelling headphones.

    Access the survey form https://www.keymediasurvey.com/MPA/BrokersonBanks2020/.

Survey deadline is next Friday, 7 February.

Readers who are interested in joining the Non-Major Banks live-streamed panel discussion on 10 March 2020 may also register through the form

The Brokers on Banks 2020 report will be published in issue 20.03 of MPA magazine, out in March, and online.
